Letterkenny's Pauric McKinney won the Lifford 5K on Friday night when posting a time of 15:30. Second was Aaron Doherty from City of Derry with Letterkenny's Ivan Toner third in 16:03. Finn Valley's Catriona McGranaghan took the honours in the senior women's section, with LAC’s Fionnuala Diver the second senior woman home in 18:55. Full results are on the LAC website. The Irish 20k walk championships were held in Bedford in conjunction with the EAA Racewalking permit meet with victory going to Brendan Boyce (Letterkenny AC) in a new PB time of 1:26.35 The lotto numbers last weekend were: 1, 4, 9, and 17. Two people matched three numbers- Terri Boyle and P.J.Blake. The jackot this weekend in The Glencar Inn is €1,130. Tonight (Friday) a 5k will take place in Aghyaran hosted by the Finn Valley A.C. The race starts at 7.30p.m.
