Carlin wins Ramelton 5K

Finn Valley's Kieran Carlin made a return to the winner's podium on Friday night when leading the field of 63 runners home in the Ramelton 5K in a time of 16:24. Letterkenny's Ivan Toner secured second spot in 16:36, with his club captain, Michael Black, claiming third in 16:41.

Helena Crossan of Inishowen was the fastest woman - her time was 18:57.

Letterkenny was once again well represented with 15 runners taking part.
