Ward wins Ramelton 5K

Finn Valley AC's Ian Ward won the Ramelton 5K on Friday night when posting a time of 16:34. His club mate, Kevin Holian, was second in 16:37, with Letterkenny AC's Ivan Toner third in 16:40. Letterkenny AC's Fionnuala Diver was the fastest woman in a time of 19:10.
